Job Description
Orascom E&C USA is seeking a Document & Invoices Administrator to manage project documentation, implement document control procedures, and review and verify invoices. The role requires strong time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders. Experience in construction or EPC projects is a strong advantage.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in document control, invoicing, or project administration
  • Experience in construction or EPC projects
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to balance and prioritize projects with impending deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders (Project Managers, Finance, & Project Teams)
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Basic understanding of construction documentation is a plus
