Role OverviewThe Document Production Associate position is responsible for providing word processing and/or document production services for our clients. The role will be on-site for training, then moves to a remote model. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of document production experience.
What You Will Do
Provide word processing and/or document production services for clients, utilize logs and/or tracking software, thoroughly assess job requests, and ensure appropriate completion of job tasks throughout the task lifecycle.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum (1) year document production experience
- Skilled in the use MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong keyboarding and typing skills
- Familiar with other software programs for editing and/or creating documents
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner
- Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
- Ability to exercise good judgment to make decisions that conform to business needs and policy
- Good problem solving skills
