Job Description
Responsible for sorting and delivering incoming mail, operating office machines, and performing general clerical tasks. Requires a high school diploma, two years of experience as an Office Clerk or Secretary, and excellent organizational, communication, and detail-orientation skills.
Requirements
Sort and deliver incoming mail and interdepartmental mail by department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution.
Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
Release print jobs, stuff envelopes, scan documents, stamp mail, perform data entry and or other general clerical tasks as needed.
Greet and assist vendors that come in.
