Job Description
Responsible for sorting and delivering incoming mail, operating office machines, and performing general clerical tasks. Requires a high school diploma, two years of experience as an Office Clerk or Secretary, and excellent organizational, communication, and detail-orientation skills.

Requirements

  • Sort and deliver incoming mail and interdepartmental mail by department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution.
  • Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
  • Release print jobs, stuff envelopes, scan documents, stamp mail, perform data entry and or other general clerical tasks as needed.
  • Greet and assist vendors that come in.
