SafeHouse Denver is seeking a Domestic Violence Advocate to support survivors of domestic violence. The ideal candidate will have crisis intervention skills, bilingual abilities, and experience in human services. The position involves responding to crisis calls, providing emotional support, and facilitating educational/support groups.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
  • Three years of experience in human services or related field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Superior time management and organizational skills
  • 2 years of crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy experience
  • Detail oriented with strong technical aptitude
  • Advanced proficiency in utilizing MS Office
