Role OverviewThe Domestic Violence Multidisciplinary Team Coordinator will coordinate the Domestic Violence MDT project, including services provided via a multi-disciplinary team approach, and facilitate communication between the SAO, social service providers, law enforcement, probation, and community members. The role requires analyzing statistical data, establishing a data collection plan, and managing the day-to-day operations of the MDT.
What You Will Do
The Coordinator will collect and maintain statistics, maintain minutes and correspondence, communicate regularly with partners, serve as a support and liaison to all MDT partners, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports. The role also involves assisting with program marketing, overseeing planning and implementation of cross training, and providing support to monthly case reviews.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant program (sociology, psychology, women's studies or related field)
- Empathetic listener with knowledge of the rights of victims as defined by state and national law
- Excellent grammar, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word applications
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Three years' experience working with victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, or stalking
- Forty-hour trained in domestic violence or sexual assault
- Ability to demonstrate cultural competency
