Role OverviewThis staff member will develop and lead the staff to assist in alleviating the detrimental effects of domestic violence and behavioral issues on victims. They will conduct themselves in a professional manner in working with victims, other Tribes, Tribal Programs, State and Federal agencies, and assist with the administration of State and Federal contracts and other grants.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include managing groups, assisting with monthly and annual reports, facilitating trainings, providing intervention and prevention services, and maintaining confidentiality of clients.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in the area of case work and administration
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work evening and weekend hours
- Ability to work independently, under supervision, and as part of a team
