Role OverviewThe hourly wage for the Donation and Backroom Attendant is $13.73. Greet donors with a friendly and outgoing attitude, assist donors with donations, load and unload trucks, accurately sort donations, and safely operate all backroom equipment.

Assist donors, load and unload trucks, sort donations, and operate backroom equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be able to think and plan, regularly lift and/or move 25-50 pounds, and have a well-developed sense of responsibility and coping ability.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, 25 pounds, and 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
