Role OverviewAs a Donation Material Handler, you will greet donors, assist with unloading donations, sort and inspect merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness. You will work indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements. This role requires a friendly, dependable team player who is able to follow safety procedures and handle physical tasks. No experience is required, as training will be provided.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting donors, assisting with unloading donations, sorting and inspecting merchandise, moving items to the sales floor, keeping work areas clean and organized, loading/unloading donation trailers, handling custodial tasks, tracking donation counts accurately, and reporting any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
