Job Description
The Donation Services Associate is responsible for greeting customers, accepting donations, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in a timely manner and answering product questions as needed.
  • Assist customers by unloading donations from vehicles or other areas.
  • Inspect and sort donations, making decisions on quality to sort appropriately for the sales floor or to be shipped to other locations.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment for customers and employees.
  • Crosstrain in other departments or areas, and act as a back-up for other areas as required.
