Job Description
The Donation Services Associate is the first point of contact for customers dropping off items at retail centers and/or stand-alone donation centers. They provide excellent customer service, handle donations with care, and maintain a safe and clean environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and unload donations from vehicles or other areas
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
