Job Description
We're seeking a Donation Services Associate to provide excellent customer service, unload donations, and maintain a safe and organized environment at our retail center in Woodland Park, CO. This is a full-time position with a salary of $16.45 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term disability, life insurance, and a retirement plan.

Requirements

  • Provide excellent customer service and greet customers in a timely manner
  • Unload donations from vehicles or other areas
  • Handle goods with care and sort donations into appropriate bins or production areas
  • Inspect donations and make decisions on quality to sort them appropriately
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment
  • Perform tasks such as tracking and reporting on donation levels, loading and unloading donations onto trucks, and following safety procedures
