Job Description
The Donation Associate – Level 1 is responsible for receiving incoming donations, sorting them, and maintaining a clean and organized donation area. The role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age 16 years of age
  • Scheduling flexibility and evenings and weekend availability
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Able to adhere to consistent attendance and weekly working hours expectations

  • Starting wage $15.25/hr with increase to $15.75/hr at 90 days of employment
