Role OverviewJoin the American Red Cross as a Donor Center Phlebotomist, where you will utilize your healthcare and/or customer service skills to assist with every step of the blood collection process. You will create a welcoming and comfortable environment for volunteer donors, follow all safety procedures, and collect lifesaving blood donations.

Take the time to personally connect with donors, collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment, and be detail-oriented to ensure the blood collected meets goals and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Associates degree OR a combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of one year customer service experience in public setting
- Current, valid driver's license with good driving record
- Physical requirements may include the ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights up and down ramps and stairs
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Adapt to long, irregular hours and frequent schedule changes
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient with Microsoft office applications
