Role OverviewThe Donor Engagement Manager collaborates with the Chief Advancement Officer to direct and administer all aspects of annual fund giving, including face-to-face and phone solicitation, direct mail fundraising, online fundraising, donor database maintenance, donor acknowledgement and stewardship, and gift processing and financial reporting. This position will play a critical role in planning and implementing a comprehensive annual fund program to broaden donor base, upgrade the average size of donation, and increase donor retention.
What You Will Do
Manage and oversee all data activities inside Raiser's Edge, maintain accurate and timely records, manage gift processing, create and implement strategies for donor cultivation and stewardship, and prepare fundraising dashboards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 3+ years of progressively responsible development experience
- Extensive software skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Raisers Edge, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.com
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Sensitivity to confidential matters
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Active automobile insurance
- Level II background check
- Blackbaud Raiser's Edge Professionals Certification strongly preferred
