Job Description
Represents Goodwill at the point of donations and is responsible for greeting and assisting donors, unloading, pre-sorting, and transferring donated goods to the sorting areas to be processed.

Requirements

  • Greet and assist donors with donations
  • Maintain high level of customer service
  • Unload merchandise from vehicles
  • Offer tax receipt to every donor
  • Transport merchandise to the sales floor
  • Stock shelves and rotate and display merchandise as needed
  • Provide support services by collaborating with individuals with disabilities or disadvantages
