Job Description
Join WesleyLife and help revolutionize the aging experience by performing donor data entry, gift processing, and administrative support. Assist with appeals, campaigns, and event coordination. Qualifications include high school diploma, 3+ years of administrative experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Requirements
High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of administrative or team support experience (nonprofit/fundraising experience a plus)
Experience with donor CRM systems (Raiser’s Edge/NXT strongly preferred)
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with outreach calls
Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment with time‐sensitive tasks
