What You Will Do
Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods, process goods to meet production goals, and provide excellent guest service. Perform tasks according to training playbooks and work instructions.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year or more of production experience
- Basic math and reading skills
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate a forklift (certification and licensing required)
- Ability to work in all types of conditions, including heat, cold, and dust
