Role OverviewAs a Donor Specialist, you will be responsible for examining and grading donated goods to sell in Goodwill of North Georgia Retail stores. You will work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to standard operating procedures, and provide excellent customer service to guests.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include thoroughly examining and grading donated goods, processing goods in an accelerated manner, and meeting production goals. You will also handle guest questions, resolve problems, and maintain a neat and organized donor door area.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year or more (1+ years) of production experience
- Basic math and reading skills
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate a forklift (certification and licensing required)
- Must be 18 years or older
