Job Description
The Door Attendant will provide professional hospitality to guests, opening doors, greeting guests with a smile, and assisting with transportation and directions. The ideal candidate has knowledge of hotel layout, local attractions, and amenities, and has a desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Opening doors for all guests entering and exiting the hotel
  • Providing professional hospitality in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner to all guests
  • Assisting guests with transportation to offsite locations using only approved taxi/limo services
  • Knowledge of hotel layout, meeting rooms, amenities, services, main attractions in the area, parking rates, etc.
  • Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight
  • Physical stamina to stand for upwards of 8 hours during duration of shift
  • Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking
