Role OverviewAs a Door Attendant (Driving) at the Renaissance Depot Hotel, you will greet and assist hotel guests arriving and departing the hotel in a professional and courteous manner. You will also hail taxi cabs, dispatch vehicles, provide information and directions, and perform various other duties as assigned.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting guests, offering assistance, dispatching vehicles, providing information, and performing various other duties as assigned.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills, prior experience in the hotel industry, and a valid state-issued driver's license. You should be able to work a variety of shifts, including 2nd and 3rd shifts, and have excellent attendance.
Requirements
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Prior customer service and hotel experience
- Ability to read and write English exceptionally well
- Ability to communicate effectively with passengers, drivers, and co-workers
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to make sound judgments
