Job Description
Join our team at The Lodge at Spruce Peak as a Door Person and lead Bell, Valet, and Guest Service Coordinators to create a warm and welcoming arrival experience for our guests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong organizational and time management discipline
  • Operate effectively in stressful situations
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to adapt to changing guest needs
  • Must have a valid Vermont Driver’s License
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
