Job Description
The Door Person is responsible for greeting and escorting guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel amenities and services, and assisting with luggage and transportation.

Requirements

  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms
  • Inform guests about hotel amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest
  • Identify and explain room features to guests
  • Transport guest luggage to and from rooms and the designated bell area
  • Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
  • Help guests in and out of vehicles
  • Provide directions and arrange transportation for guests
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to a manager
  • Maintain awareness of any undesirable individuals on the property
