What You Will Do
Lead, motivate, and coach the direct marketing team, go door-to-door with new and current canvassers, and drive the team to assigned neighborhoods for marketing shifts.

- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving ability
- Goal-oriented and comfortable meeting metrics
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Comfortable working outdoors and being on your feet
- Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 20 lbs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry
