Role OverviewSupports FLETC dormitory cleanliness and maintenance by performing heavy-duty custodial tasks in common areas, stairwells, hallways, and exterior dormitory spaces. Ensure sanitary and safe conditions are consistently maintained in compliance with high cleanliness standards and federal safety requirements.
What You Will Do
Perform scheduled daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom sanitation within the dormitories. Clean and sanitize restrooms, stairwells, laundry rooms, and common areas. Collect and remove trash and debris from dormitory buildings.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year custodial or porter experience in a commercial or institutional setting.
- Working knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to follow cleaning protocols and handle chemical cleaning agents safely.
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs, bending, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of English to follow instructions and communicate with staff.

- Must pass background check and meet all site access requirements.
