Job Description
The DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Representative will administer Landstar's Drug and Alcohol Testing Program in full compliance with DOT regulations, providing quality customer service and managing potentially escalated situations.

Requirements

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and provide quality customer service
  • Adhere to all policies regarding confidentiality
  • Process and audit drug and alcohol testing results and related paperwork
  • Work with various third-party contractors
  • Train representatives throughout the company
  • Process third party invoices
  • Create and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
