Malama is seeking a Doula Navigator / Community Doula to improve maternal health outcomes and close equity gaps. The role involves delivering care management, coordinating care services, and communicating with patients to empower learning. The ideal candidate is a certified birth doula, fluent in English and bilingual, with 1-2 years of experience as a Community Health Worker, Community Doula, Case/Care Manager, or Social Worker.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Community Health Worker, Community Doula, Case/Care Manager, Social Worker
  • Certified birth doula or commit to completing Malama-sponsored doula training
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) and bilingual in Spanish / Vietnamese / Tagalog / Cantonese / Dari / Haitian Creole
  • Reliable and responsive to text and calls
  • Adaptable and Excited to learn new technology
