Role OverviewThe Dozer Operator is responsible for operating a variety of equipment for groundwork and construction purposes. The position requires a high school diploma or general education degree and 1-2 years of related experience. The operator must be able to perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment, assist in training less-experienced employees, and follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment. The position requires regular and predictable attendance at assigned times and the ability to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
What You Will Do
Operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights, safely and efficiently. Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment. Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment, refer major problems to the supervisor. Perform daily pre-and-post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.

Requirements
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be 18 years in age or older.
- Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal background check.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
- Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
- Individuals are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas as stated by OSHA and/or MSHA.
