Job Description
Performs advanced (senior-level) training and development work associated with scientific training in an option or specialty area identified above. Work involves revising and developing training policies, developing schedules and training material.
Requirements
Plans and manages training activities and training schedules of employees in the discipline.
Develops, delivers, and/or coordinates technical training for new and existing staff and includes the evaluation of the trainee’s progress and comprehension and provides remediation training as needed.
Provides direct feedback to supervisors on training progress and evaluation of employees training.
