Job Description
Performs advanced (senior-level) heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) work. Work involves operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical / DDC control systems and components of HVAC equipment including steam and hot water boilers, cooling towers, chillers, fan coil units and air handler units in medium and large buildings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Degree in HVAC is preferred.
  • Minimum five (5) years' full time progressively responsible work experience operating, servicing, and repairing HVAC and boiler equipment in commercial or residential facilities (commercial preferred).
  • ACR Contractor license through Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) (HVAC Class A or B License) or possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HVAC/R from an accredited institution.
