Job Description
Performs routine project assistance and business analysis work. Assists in gathering and documenting user requirements, meeting minutes, project documentation, and supporting project coordination to ensure the delivery of viable technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Assist Business Analysts in facilitating technology request responses and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
  • Assist in maintaining project artifacts, including project plans, meeting minutes, and technology roadmaps
  • Support the technology liaison function by helping document business technology challenges and assisting in regular updates to agency leaders
  • Participate in the creation and validation of user acceptance testing (UAT) documentation to ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Assist in reviewing and assessing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement through automation
  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare presentation materials, and track project milestones
  • Attend work regularly and observe approved work hours in accordance with agency leave and attendance policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
