The Office of General Counsel for the Department of Public Safety is seeking an attorney to join our General Law team. The ideal candidate will have government agency experience and be able to provide legal advice on various issues, including policy writing, driver license law, employment law, administrative law, traffic law, 4th Amendment and law enforcement practices.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited law school with a J.D. or L.L.B.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional legal experience
  • Experience in government agency law, driver license law, employment law, administrative law, traffic law, 4th Amendment and law enforcement practices
