Role Overview

As a Draft and Dispute Specialist at Pioneer Federal Credit Union, you will be responsible for processing debit/credit, Zelle, draft, and ACH disputes, as well as providing support to the Payment Services team. You will work with little to no supervision and be responsible for maintaining compliance requirements.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include processing disputes, inputting and tracking disputes, giving and removing provisional credit, and sending compliance letters. You will also answer calls, IMs, and emails from other branches, departments, or membership regarding disputes.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of similar or related experience
  • A high school education or GED
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and data entry skills with strong attention to details and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
