Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Drafter II to support transmission line surveying and right-of-way projects. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of drafting experience and strong CAD skills related to survey, transmission line, right-of-way, boundary, and topographic drawings.
What You Will Do
Perform CAD drafting for transmission line projects, prepare drawings for transmission line centerlines, right-of-way surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, land tie surveys, and interpret survey data, deeds, plats, and other property-related documents.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of drafting experience required
- Associate Degree in Drafting, Design, Surveying, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred
- Experience using CAD drafting software
- Experience with surveying, transmission lines, utilities, or right-of-way projects preferred
- Knowledge of metes and bounds, property descriptions, survey plats, and right-of-way documentation preferred
- Ability to read and interpret deeds, surveys, maps, and engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with both field and office personnel
