Role OverviewAs a Drain Cleaning Technician Night Shift, you will work independently in the field to diagnose issues, solve problems, and help customers get back to normal. You will use specialized equipment to perform drain cleaning, cable work, hydro jetting, and sewer camera inspections for residential and commercial customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning specialized equipment, and building relationships with customers through honest recommendations and exceptional service.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include following a planned daily service route, performing professional drain cleaning and inspection services, diagnosing drain and sewer issues, and recommending appropriate solutions to customers. You will also be responsible for explaining your findings and recommendations to customers, identifying repair, replacement, and preventative maintenance opportunities, and completing service documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- At least 21 years of age
- At least two years of professional driving experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
- Basic computer, communication, and customer service skills
