Role Overview

Work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. Handling customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving problems, responding to call-outs and preparing cost estimates. Inspect the drain line with a camera to identify drainage issues. Installing, maintaining, cleaning, and repairing drain systems Inspecting and testing plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and water quality.

Requirements

  • 3 years as a drain technician or plumbing helper for residential plumbing
  • Experience using a jetter and camera
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods
  • Must pass a motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
  • Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability
  • Physical dexterity
