Role OverviewAt Frank Gay Services, we're looking for skilled Drain Technicians who take pride in solving problems and providing top-notch service to our customers. You'll work independently, solve problems efficiently, and handle customer queries, troubleshooting, and cost estimates. You'll also inspect drain lines with a camera, install, maintain, clean, and repair drain systems, and inspect and test plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and water quality.
What You Will Do
Work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. Handle customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving problems, responding to call-outs and preparing cost estimates. Inspect the drain line with a camera to identify drainage issues. Install, maintain, clean, and repair drain systems. Inspect and test plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and water quality.

Requirements
- 3 years as a drain technician or plumbing helper for residential plumbing
- Experience using a jetter and camera
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods
- Must pass a motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
- Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability
- Physical dexterity
