Role OverviewAs a Drain Service Technician at Roto-Rooter, you will use your skills to provide solutions to sewer and drain problems. You will diagnose problems, provide cost estimates, unclog and clean sewers and drains, document estimates and invoices, collect payment, and move on to the next service call. Roto-Rooter provides an initial 12 weeks of paid sewer and drain service training, plus continuing training is available if you want to learn the plumbing trade and pursue a journeyman plumber’s license.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include diagnosing problems, providing cost estimates, unclogging and cleaning sewers and drains, documenting estimates and invoices, collecting payment, and moving on to the next service call.
