Job Description
ATHENA Consulting is seeking a Drill Sergeant/Camp Counselor to provide direct supervision of teens aged 16-18 in a quasi-military structure. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Drill Sergeant and Camp Counselor, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Drill Sergeant and Camp Counselor experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Solid ability to analyze situations carefully and adopt appropriate courses of action
  • Ability to understand and adhere to duties, methods, and procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to effectively communicate to large and small group audiences
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
