We specialize in engineering and construction services delivering comprehensive solutions across Inside Plant, Outside Plant, and Wireless networks to meet the evolving infrastructure needs of our customers. The Drive Test Coordinator is the primary point of contact for all drive test teams operating in the field, ensuring the daily execution of field testing, accurate data collection, and compliance with Carrier’s Method of Procedure (MOP).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred.
  • Familiarity with wireless technologies: LTE, VoLTE, CDMA, 5G, MIMO, Carrier Aggregation strongly preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field Team coordination role desired.
  • Experience with DAS, small cells, or CRAN installations is beneficial.
  • Good computer skills required.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime.
