Role OverviewThe Driver will ensure the safe transportation of residents to and from various destinations, assisting them with safe onboarding and offboarding as necessary. The ideal candidate is friendly, patient, and committed to providing excellent service to seniors while ensuring a high level of safety and professionalism.
What You Will Do
Provide safe, reliable, courteous, and efficient transportation service for residents to and from various human service locations, work sites, educational institutions, medical facilities, grocery stores, drug stores, and others.

The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of driving record and a clean driving history, excellent customer service skills, and a professional, friendly, and patient demeanor.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A valid state driver's license
- Passenger endorsement (if required by state regulations)
- At least three (3) years of driving record and a clean driving history
- At least one (1) year of previous experience driving a passenger vehicle, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting
- Experience in operating large vehicles or an equivalent combination of experience and training
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional, friendly, and patient demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, patience and commitment to treating our residents with the utmost respect
