Role OverviewThe Ready-Mix Driver will be responsible for transporting freshly mixed concrete from the plant to the job site in a safe manner. This individual will be responsible for making normal operating adjustments to the equipment and material being hauled.
What You Will Do
Comply with all Department of Transportation requirements, operate the truck in a safe and professional manner, inspect the truck, and deliver materials to the point of delivery.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must meet all eligibility requirements for driving a commercial motor vehicle in interstate commerce, possess a Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License, and maintain a valid Medical Card as per DOT requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Experience in ready mixed trucks or other related industry experience preferred
- Must be 18 years in age or older
- Must possess and maintain a Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Must possess and maintain a valid Medical Card as per DOT requirements
