Role OverviewJoin our team at Carlton Senior Living as a Driver/Activities Assistant to transport residents and visitors to and from outings, events, trips, errands, and appointments. Assist with planning, scheduling, and conducting activity programs and events designed to enhance the mind, body, and soul of each of our residents. Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
What You Will Do
Drive automobiles, mini-vans, and small buses to transport residents and visitors. Assist passengers in entering and exiting vehicles, load and secure passenger wheelchairs, and chaperone residents to ensure safety and engagement. Ensure community vehicles are clean and well maintained.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a California Driver's License for at least 5 years
- Must have less than 3 moving violations or less than 2 accidents within the past 5 years
- Must pass a negative drug test
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent experience
