Role OverviewAs a Driver's Aide / DSP, you will play an important role in ensuring individuals safely travel to and from their destinations while receiving respectful, person-centered support. You'll assist passengers during transportation, help promote independence, and contribute to a positive experience throughout the day.
What You Will Do
Assist individuals during transportation to and from home, day programs, appointments, and community activities. Safely operate a vehicle when assigned routes require coverage. Monitor passenger safety, comfort, and well-being during transit.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
- Ability to safely transport individuals when assigned driving duties
- CPR/First Aid Certification preferred (training provided upon hire)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
