Role OverviewThe Driver Apprentice will complete the required training to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle providing service to customers. They will work in tandem with a seasoned WM Driver and/or WM Driver Trainer.
What You Will Do
The Driver Apprentice will operate a commercial refuse/recycling vehicle, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and attend scheduled training programs. They will also assist other drivers as directed to meet customer needs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires a Commercial Driving Permit and completion of all training requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
