Role OverviewThe Driver is responsible for ensuring the safe driving of the community’s vehicles and supervision of the residents during community outings or trips. They may also assist in setting up and breaking down activities and events in the Community.
What You Will Do
Operate community vehicles safely, assist with loading residents and their belongings, follow state and federal laws, and maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be at least 21 years of age, have a Class B or Class C license with Passenger Endorsement, and possess excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have either a Class B or Class C license with Passenger Endorsement to drive the bus
- Prefer two (2) years of experience driving a vehicle/van/bus transporting people
- Excellent customer service skills
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests
