Job Description
Driver Compliance Coordinator sought to support driver onboarding and ongoing DOT compliance efforts within a fast-paced transportation environment.

Requirements

  • Previous transportation, driver compliance, recruiting support, or safety administration experience
  • Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT driver qualification regulations
  • Experience handling DQFs and audit preparation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with ATS platforms, Tenstreet, AS400, or similar systems preferred
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments
