Role OverviewAdminister and oversee DOT compliance programs to ensure adherence to FMCSA regulations and company driving policies. Serve as the subject matter expert on DOT regulations, providing guidance and recommendations to management and Human Resources. Monitor driver qualification, licensing, medical certification, MVRs, and related compliance requirements, identifying and addressing compliance risks.

Interpret regulatory requirements and exercise independent judgment in resolving compliance issues and recommending corrective actions. Communicate regulatory updates, compliance expectations, and policy requirements to leaders and employees. Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, vendors, and industry resources to stay informed of changes impacting operations.
