Job Description
We are seeking a Driver Education Instructor to join our team at AAA Western and Central New York. As an Associate, you will be committed to providing our members with a totally satisfying experience and demonstrate compassion, empathy, and unsurpassed service.

Requirements

  • Understand and utilize established driving curriculum and training techniques
  • Plan and prepare efficient lessons tailored to students' needs in an engaging and positive learning environment
  • Communicate with students or parents regarding schedules, cancellations, or rescheduled lessons
  • Ensure compliance with outlined department standards regarding productivity
  • Secure student files, Club-owned vehicles, and other property
  • Must be able to pass a Club and DMV background check
  • Must be able to differentiate between colors
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull a maximum of 50 pounds
