Role OverviewJoin GroundSystems, a fast-growing, locally-owned commercial landscaping company, as a Crew Member. You'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch landscaping services to clients. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, planting, and general groundskeeping, pruning trees and shrubs, maintaining perennial beds, operating and maintaining landscaping equipment, driving trucks and trailers, and supporting snow and ice management during winter months.

Why It Might Be a Fit
We're looking for a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, at least 20 years old, eligible to work in the U.S., able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, comfortable working outdoors in all weather, and basic English communication skills. A team player with a positive attitude is a must.
