Job Description
Motivate is looking for full-time Drivers to operate vehicles to replace batteries for San Francisco's bikeshare system for both morning and evening shifts. The drivers will drive a company vehicle throughout the bike share system to switch out batteries, bringing the depleted batteries to the depot to be recharged, following their assigned route.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Pass a motor vehicle record check
  • Proficient with using a smart phone with apps
  • Comfortable driving, maneuvering, stopping, and working in busy, urban outdoor environments
  • Dependable and follow an assigned schedule
  • Follow instructions, ask questions, and request feedback to improve performance
  • Lift up to 75 pounds
  • Push/pull heavy loads on a wheeled cart, stoop, bend, kneel, sit or stand for long periods of time
